Nobody should ever have to go through this like these kids had to, especially Lauryn Licari. Not knowing your own mom is catfishing you this whole time is just horrible and saying all these awful, hateful, and harmful things to your own daughter is just wrong. Just unacceptable.

Why would a mom spiral this much and go this far just to make so many people not know who these text messages were coming from. They would get these texts on school grounds, at home, and everywhere where they went. They didn’t get a break from this stalker. It wasn’t just Lauryn and Owen who got these text messages it escalated to people who they knew and who ended being in the investigation when the police were brought in. How messed up is this when this stalker brings these people into this mess.

When the FBI gets involved they crack the case and discover that Lauryn’s mom Kendra is the stalker who has been harassing with the text messages to these innocent children. She has finally been caught and served 19 months in prison and Lauryn’s dad got full custody of her.

Now since all of this over Lauryn will be studying criminology when in college. Good for her.

I definitely recommend watching this documentary “Unknown Number High School CatFish”!
