At what age did you start acting?
ODB: I was about 6 years old
What was your reaction when you got the part in “The Lost Bus”?
ODB: I was excited! I had worked in smaller roles before this so I was use to being on set but I still wondered if I could really do what they wanted me to do. There were 21 other kids in the cast so I knew I would make some new friends but America Ferrera and Matthew Mcconaughey!! Everyone was so patient with us though and that really helped a lot.
Are you working on any upcoming projects that you can share with us?
ODB: I can’t talk about anything just yet but I hope to share some exciting news soon.
If you could star or guest star in any tv show which tv show would you want it to be?
ODB: I would love to be on the new Buffy reboot! I have started to watch the original Buffy the Vampire Slayer with my parents and just love all the comedy mixed with drama. Definitely would be a lot of fun!!!
Since you like to do theatre, do you have a favorite broadway show or broadway music you like to listen to?
ODB: Well Matilda and Annie are two of my favorites. I really like Wicked too. I got to play Matilda recently in the full version which is like 2 hours! It was challenging but I just love the character and Roald Dahl is one of my favorite authors.
How do you spread the love?
ODB: We always make sure that we donate to charities that get the clothing and stuff to the people that need and can use them. There are a lot of people that need clothing quickly like coats or shoes and can’t wait for it to take too long.
Do you support any organizations or charities?
ODB: I work with Cardboard Playhouse Theatre Company which is a nonprofit children’s musical theatre group. They make sure any kid can participate at no cost which is cool! This gives a lot of kids the opportunity to be in a play or musical that may not get to any other
Would you like to share your social media platforms with us?
ODB: I am mostly on instagram so that is @odarlingbusby
