Since you have a podcast, what has been your most enjoyable thing about this achievement?
SH: The most enjoyable thing about this podcast has been being able to highlight and showcase people in the sports industry, and beyond, that are changing the world with their knowledge, talent, or personality! I enjoy sharing others stories who may not have the chance to do so themselves.
Are you woking on any upcoming projects that you can share with us?
SH: I am not, unfortunately. I am working a baseball analytics internship which has me very busy! Do you like being in college and what has it been like for you?
SH: I loved my college years! I am a recent graduate so looking back, I am so thankful for the University of South Carolina for giving me some of my lifelong friends, the most incredible sport management major, and professors who have mentored and guided me throughout. I cannot wait for the next chapter!
Do you support any organizations or charities?
SH: I am a huge advocate for mental health and eating disorder awareness, so I try my best to support organizations that help people struggling and also spread awareness for these causes.
How do you spread the love?
SH: I used my social media as well as just seeing people to spread the love. Whether is is sharing an inspirational quote on my Instagram story or giving a random person in the grocery store a smile or compliment, I try to make the people around me feel loved.
Would you like to share your social media platforms with us?
SH: Of course! My Instagram is @sydneyherz_ , my YouTube is Sydnastical , and my TikTok is Sydney1227
