At what age did you start acting?

KT: I have wanted to act ever since I was 4 years old, but my parents didn’t want me to be part of the industry. It wasn’t until they saw me in a school play (and because I kept asking), that they knew this was my passion. I started acting when I was 10.

What would you like your dream project to be? 

KT:  My dream project is a series regular role on a dramatic series like “Ozark” or the lead in an A24 film with one of my idols such as Zendaya or Emma Stone. 

What’s your favorite social media platform to use?

KY: I use Instagram the most! 

Do you support any organizations or charities?

KT: I do! I have been keynote speakers for the LA Red Cross to encourage much-needed blood donations as well as the Walk Against Drugs to relay the message to other kids to stay away from drugs, alcohol, and tobacco. I was also in a pilot episode for The Joyful Child Foundation that was meant to keep kids safe from predators. I feel like it is so important to give back and support nonprofits doing incredible and important work.

Are you working on any new projects that you can share with us?

KT: I have a wonderful role coming up in a movie with Dee Wallace and other amazing actors called the “Curse of Vandor: Revenge of the Sorcerers.” I was fortunate to be in the first film, which was directed by Ritchie Allen Greer, called “Curse of Vandor” and am excited to work with Ritchie, Dee and everyone else again. 

How do you spread the love?

KT: I try to spread the love in many small ways every day. Whether it’s encouraging a friend to never give up on his or her dreams; helping an elderly neighbor with a task; or donating a little something to someone in need, I feel it’s important to do what you can and to spread positivity, love and light to others.
