My Interview With Cooper Barnes

At what age did you start acting?
CB: I was making videos with my parents’ camcorder when I was about 7. A lot of stop-motion movies where I provided all the voices. Many He-Man guys were eaten by dinosaurs. I did my first play around age 10.

Who’s your favorite sports team?
CB: I’ve never really been into sports. I liked the Detroit Tigers & Detroit Red Wings because I grew up there, but I couldn’t tell you who’s on either team these days. And most sports seem kind of repetitive. People throw a ball in a hole or something, and then they run back and forth. Seen it. I’d be into a sport that incorporates a jetpack, a pogostick, or some kind of explosions.

Who do you want to guest star on “Henry Danger”?
CB: Peter Sellers would be awesome, but I believe he’s been dead for quite a while.

If you could live anywhere in the world where it be?
CB: I would like to check out Costa Rica because that place is riddled with monkeys, and monkeys are hilarious.

What’s your favorite project that you’ve done?
CB: I’ve been very fortunate to work with a lot of wonderful people on many great projects, and met friends that I’m still close with many years later, but Henry Danger was and still is the ultimate dream job for me.

What do you do on your free time?
CB: I watch a lot of movies, hang out with my wife and our cats, collect comic books, and occasionally draw and paint.  I’ve also been trying to move objects with my mind, but it’s just been giving me a lot of headaches.
